Can anyone tell me if THE LOCAL restaurant is open during boarding on the

bliss. Can we have lunch there instead of the buffet.

I would assume so, since I know that O'Sheehan's is open on the Escape and the Gem during boarding. Maybe someone who has been on the Bliss recently can answer definitively.

The Local is O'Sheehan's just renamed. Yes for for lunch on Embarkation Day.
