Okay why is off-topic a mortal sin? Rude, I can see, but what is so bad about off-topic and , by the way who decides what the topic is

GardenCat Good morning....sometimes OFF-TOPIC gets so off that one of the Moderators takes the thread and transfers it to the "Floataway Lounge".
There are threads over there that are more "Just Fun" without having to do with "cruising".

It isn't really a "mortal sin", and who decides....well Walt usually...once it gets really OFF...that is when the transfer usually takes place.
So, if some of the the replies can stay "Cruising Related" it will normally be ok

Thanks Lois
I hope this doesn't start trouble but I asked about 'off topic' because on other boards, that has been used as a reason to move threads way farther away than the floataway lounge (if you take my meaning.) so, I wondered why it was so wromg for a thread to get off topic.

Maybe I should check out the floataway lounge once again to see if anything I have been missing is over there.

Hi GardenCat...I post on one thread over in the Lounge...its called "Let the Games Begin"...we have chatted together for almost a year now. We do talk about cruising and some of us have met each other in person too But we have other topics we talk about with one another..and usually a game or 2..about different topics....cruise related though .
Pop in sometime if you want .

I don't think there is anything wrong with being a little off topic. However, my wifester does get a little upset in the morning iff my aim in the bathroom was a little off the night before!

Hope This Helps!

You obviously need the Summit toilet bowl light. Now I know who they designed it for.

BTW - Le plume de ma tante est dans le jardin avec les trois urs = My aunty's pen is in the garden with the three bears. Always a useful one to tuck away.

Thanks,I'll check that thread out as long as the games aren't too mentally challanging.

I think we are confusing off-topic and off target. Having a husband and two sons I am well aquainted with both.

Love the sea
I think you err. I'm sure I saw the pen of your aunt on the desk of your uncle. Where the three urs are I have no idea.
