Embarcation Day

As an aside, one of the things I always do...and recommend to others as well...on embarkation day on a new ship is to find the gym. That's important because you want to make sure you never accidentally find yourself even near it...on your vacation.

Ha ha. One thing I almost always do when I get on the ship is go to the gym if I hadn't had a chance to run that morning .

We'll usually start out at the Aqua Spa Cafe although not as enticing as it was when they had cooked to order salmon. Its nice and quiet and we are going to eat enough and don't need the buffet the first day .

I'll then change clothes and head to the gym. By the time I'm done the cabins are ready. Please note that this healthy eating does not continue all cruise, lol.

As a side note, we didn't eat in the buffet once on our last 10 night cruise. Didn't mean we ate healthy, it just worked out we didn't use the buffet.

Enjoy
