No, it depends upon the class of ship you are sailing, e.g Fantasy class PT cabins do not have a couch.

I found this at GOCCL, it says sofa.

I was in 2221 on the Liberty, it is a Conquest sister ship, we had a couch and two single beds that were set up as a king for us and had two porthole windows

As a solo I stayed in 2217 and 2216 on the Conquest, interior upper lower with portholes, a single bed, and a couch.

The goccl site is great for checking what is in a cabin. Just google goccl & your ship name. From there, you can get to the links for each deck. We use it when we book balconies with our friends so we know which ones can be opened to each other. At one time, I had gone through & made myself a list of those porthole cabins so I would know which ones had king vs. bunk beds. I was booking a family cruise. Turned out, the family all was willing to put in extra $$ to be on Lido, so I didn't need the list anyway.

I was in 2220 on Conquest in April and it had a couch. And 2221 is the same cabin so you are good. It was a nice roomy cabin as well. There were 4 of us and we had lots of room for 6 days/
