I've read the threads related to this - have you ever tried to force the "any coffee" aspect on-board (vs. having to deal with it after the cruise with customer service)?

Not true. Different ships have different policies so best to wait until on board. Find out the policy and then decide if it is worth buying.

Which is really unfortunate - they should have consistency across the fleet!
