Mackdogmolly Posted September 5, 2018 Author #51 Share Posted September 5, 2018 Thank you for posting while onboard, I know there are lots of people out there that really enjoy reading what those on a cruise are up to. Glad you had a great time! Sent from my SM-J200Y using Forums mobile app Thanks QueenP. Sometimes it’s difficult to know if anyone’s reading! 150edmiston Posted September 5, 2018 #52 Share Posted September 5, 2018 Thanks for posting mackdogmolly. Hope you enjoyed Azamara as much as the majority of the posters on this forum. Always good to “feel” the energy through people posting their thoughts and experiences. Have a safe trip home. David
Grandma Cruising Posted September 6, 2018 #53 Share Posted September 6, 2018 Thanks QueenP. Sometimes it’s difficult to know if anyone’s reading! Yes, we were! Thanks for your posts, it was great following along with your cruise. Glad you had a good time. BTW I agree about the lighting in Aqualina. Mackdogmolly Posted September 6, 2018 Author #54 Share Posted September 6, 2018 We arrived too early in Barcelona (our first time here) to check into our hotel (in the La Rambla area), so we bought tickets for a hop on/hop off bus tour of the city. A fun and inexpensive way to get an overview of the place. Enjoyed a lovely lunch of grilled sardines and toast with tomatoes, along with an excellent sangria. We ate dinner at some place our hotel recommended ( that could have been better) but was amusing for other reasons. Today, it’s adios to Spain and back to reality. But I’ll be following everyone one else’s trips with great interest! Betsey and Andrew

Plus another vote for lowering the light levels in the speciality restaurants, especially Aqualina. Sent from my iPad using Forums

cinnamon Posted September 6, 2018 #57 Share Posted September 6, 2018 I agree that bright lights are not good in Specialty restaurants. However, on Celebrity Eclipse we needed a torch to read the menu in the Tuscan Grille. [emoji57] Sent from my iPad using Forums
