macntosh Posted August 28, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 28, 2018 Hi all, I have inadvertently created a duplicate roll call thread for a cruise and wondering if it is possible to get it deleted or merged to the initial thread. Roll call is for Carnival Legend on 13 November 2018 departing Melbourne to NZ. I have clicked on the “Report Post” about a week ago and outlined the issue, but nothing has occurred. Is there something more I should do to enable them to correct this duplication? Thanks for your input Mark
joybook Posted August 28, 2018 #2 Share Posted August 28, 2018 I'm not sure how you solve the problem but I would suggest you go to the second Roll Call and just ask someone to merge it with the original Roll Call. Recently a second Roll Call appeared for a cruise I have booked and I suggested that we did not need a second Roll Call for the same cruise and if someone knew how to could they merge the two. A few days later it had merged.
Rare MicCanberra Posted August 28, 2018 #3 Share Posted August 28, 2018 The hosts or Administrators should get around to it if you bring it to their attention. I.e report it.

Beanb41 Posted August 28, 2018 #5 Share Posted August 28, 2018 I did a similar thing several cruises ago. What I did was put a comment on the last post saying along the lines "this is a duplicate roll call. Please go to the original" and then post the link to the original one. I then add the original roll call thread to "My favourites" and forget about it. One can do little more than that
