Singer4Him Posted August 31, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 31, 2018 Is cell service still free in PR with AT&T or does it depend on your cell package?
Ashland Posted August 31, 2018 #2 Share Posted August 31, 2018 Is cell service still free in PR with AT&T or does it depend on your cell package? AT&T for us is still free...We'll be there using it in less than a week for our pre-cruise.
thinfool Posted August 31, 2018 #3 Share Posted August 31, 2018 Puerto Rico is part of the USA, as is St Thomas, St John, Guam and Alaska. You are paying ATT for service in the USA. (certain plans include Canada and Mexico)
AAAAmerican Posted September 4, 2018 #4 Share Posted September 4, 2018 Dear Singer4Him, Yes Maam it is included. Free? You are already paying for it ;) Is cell service still free in PR with AT&T or does it depend on your cell package?

(certain plans include Canada and Mexico) AT&T wireless service in Guam is not included in their calling plans. The 50 states, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands yes...Guam no. The fact that Guam is a US territory does not automatically make it included in AT&T wireless plans. In Guam you'll pay international pay-per-use roaming rates or you can buy their "Passport" package. The same is true in American Samoa.

And I should have added the District of Columbia to the 50 states, PR and the USVI. :o
