57redbird Posted September 2, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 2, 2018 There's a key to the symbols on the lower left corner of each deck plan page.
Old As Dirt Mom Posted September 2, 2018 #4 Share Posted September 2, 2018 "Ambulatory Accessible, Roll-In Shower Only" (Per HAL's Oosterdam deck plans) There's also an asterisk that sort of looks like a snowflake star, which indicates the bathroom has a shower only. Not sure what you're observing, so here's a link to the Oosterdam deck plans: https://www.hollandamerica.com/content/dam/hal/inventory-assets/ships/pdf-files/os.pdf

sunchaser49 Posted September 2, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted September 2, 2018 There was a legend on the bottom of the deck map page that I didn’t see at first. Thank you for the responses.
Krazy Kruizers Posted September 2, 2018 #7 Share Posted September 2, 2018 Welcome to Cruise Critic. If no one is handicapped in your party, contact HAL if you booked directly with them or have your TA contact HAL and ask for another cabin.
