Eurodam Boarding Question

I am trying to plot my rail trip to San Diego to coincide with when I can board. For a 5 PM sail time, how soon can I board.

I live in Los Angeles and was going to take the train down since you can literally walk from the station to the cruise terminal.

Boarding in San Diego is between 11:30 AM and noon with Handicapped and Neptune Suites boarding first with others boarding based on their check-in completion time.
