Allure of the seas Boardwalk Balcony Incentive Question

Recommended Posts

We are off on our first cruise in March 2019 and have booked 2 boardwalk balcony rooms. One of the "perks" is that the soda package is included. No matter where I look on my confirmation and cruise planner, I don't see the soda package confirmed.

Wondering when other people have had this perk, did they have any trouble getting everything set-up properly or will I need to speak to guest services when we get boarded?

Thanks for your help!

You don't need confirmation. It's part of your booking. The cups will be in your cabin when you arrive, and the emblem should be on your SeaPass cards.

We’ve had the BW balcony 3 times and the CP balcony once. Never an issue with the perks. They have been in our room waiting for us.

The soda package is for 2 people in the cabin and there is a coke emblem on your SeaPass when you receive it. If you want a soda before the cabins are available (SeaPass is outside in the mailbox for 1 guest and if there are others in the cabin, inside the cabin,) just show the Set Sail Pass to any bartender and you will get your soda.

By the way the Johnny Rockets meal is for up to 4 people, so if you have 2 cabins with 2 people per cabin, if you give one SeaPass or cabin number when ordering the food, you will be able to use the SeaPass from the other cabin to go again.
