Changing Crown and Anchor cabin amenities

I presently receive 2 bottles of wine and 4 bottles of San Pelligrino water on a 7+ day cruise. How do I change this without calling crown and anchor. I know it has been done but do not know how to do it.

I just got off the phone with the Crown and Anchor Team. At the present time, the only way you can change your preferences is by calling them. Their phone # is 1-800-526-9723. You cannot change on the website like we did in the past.

You have to call. And for the last 2 cruises on Mariner, they still don't have it right. I have had the same preferences for YEARS!!! So I have to leave a note at the LA desk telling them I got the wrong thing. Both times, at least they fixed it and I got what I wanted.

The quickest way is to ring but I emailed

crownandanchor@rccl.com

and they immediately acknowledged my email and 10 days later they confirmed our D+ cabin drinks.
