If I were able to transfer the booking, would I be able to take advantage of price guarantee offered by US Celebrity which UK Celebrity doesn't offer. But in the US final payment date is 90 days before sailing, so any cruise in Jan 2019 is already past final payment. Iould doubt that Celebrity would approve the transfer. I’m pretty sure that the OP is after Final Payment, which will be 90days (it used to be a shorter time frame, but no more).
