We are thinking of booking the NCL ship excursion "Gibraltar and St. Michael's Cave.

It is unclear from the online description if the tour goes all the way to the top of the Rock.

If you have been on this NCL excursion, we would appreciate you feedback.

Take a look at a map.   Actually you will have access to the top of the rock at one of your stops,  if you have multiple stop van/taxi tour. .   Just a few steps from your drop off,  and you can see both sides from the viewing point.    Depending on the cost-   all the "rock" tours do the same thing.   Cave,  ape viewing  and either the tunnels or castle.   Easy to pick up licensed guides right at the port as well.

I have been to Gibraltar multiple times,  including twice this year.
