Hello!  Will be our first time going out of Port Canaveral so we booked the round trip transfer right from Royal Caribbean.  Normally would not book a transfer through Royal but since we are flying in the day of we didn't want to run into any issues.  Where is the transfer desk located at MCO and how long can we expect to wait for a transfer?  Our flight lands in Orlando at 9:00am and would prefer not to have to wait a long time for the transfer and be on the ship as soon as possilbe. :) Thank you in advance!

Always check the directions on your bus ticket from the cruise line in case of changes in the procedures!

Make your way to baggage claim on Level 2 (or Level 1 – watch the monitors) then go down via elevator or escalator to Level 1 where you will see the rental car counters. You may also see Royal Caribbean staff with clipboards roaming near the escalator. They will assist you.

The Royal Caribbean bus check-in counter is near the exit doors where the buses wait outside. They will leave when the bus is full. Since you arrive early it should fill fast as folks try to get on those first few buses!

Please excuse the blurry picture - I was running to catch my ride! You can see the desk and sign...

Be sure to follow those instructions on which "bus stop" is the one for your bus!!!  The bus and hotel shuttle area is HUGE!  I first got told my hotel shuttle was going to be at one of the first stops at the far left end of the area - I waited and waited.  I called again and was told, oops, we're at another spot today, near the far right end!!!!  Good thing I only had my rolling carryon and daypack, as it was a long, HOT AND MUGGY walk...

I think these images will save you from walking all the way in the wrong direction to find your cruiseline bus at MCO!

Pickups are at both Terminals A and B. You can also see the Disney location, as well as Port Shuttle gates (Cortrans, Cocoa Beach Shuttle, etc), GoPortCanaveral and rental car desks.

Uber and Lyft pickups are on Level 2 as shown in the 2nd picture.
