melted2002 Posted December 1, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 1, 2018 Here is our problem : we are 2 couples and a single booked on Symphony and all want the 5 night dining package. One Couple and the single have booked and paid for the 5 night package but when the second couple went to book the 5 night package was gone so they did the only thing they could and booked the 3 night. What are the chances the 5 night reappears in the planner or that we can get the couple into the 5 night once we board ? We are not cruising until March 2019 Has the dining packages sold out before ? Also when we booked we added them as other guests both when couple one purchased and again when the single purchased but they do not show on our calendar like they do on the shows that I booked for us all, is this normal ? melted2002 Posted December 1, 2018 Author #3 Share Posted December 1, 2018 Funny thing I looked at our order history and the 5 night package is there and shows my wife & I only not the other 3 people we linked our dinner with. Then when I look at the Deluxe Drink package it list my wife but not me but shows two purchased and also show some odd amount that it says we paid not what we really did pay. I have a copy of the receipt that was emailed when I purchased that shows we purchased two and the correct amount and it also was billed to my credit card which I paid. Is there a BOGO offer. We just had a BOGO and a 5 night on Symphony. Also on Symphony a few weeks ago they no longer assign a first night or time. When you board go to Wonderland to make all your reservations for the week. It was the only place on embarkation day without a line for making reservations.
