Rhapsody of the Seas MTD reservations?

I tried using the search function, but could not find the answer.

 

We are cruising Rhapsody of the Seas next year and currently have late seating.  Just found out that friends will be joining us on the cruise.  How do I:

• Switch from late seating to My Time Dining?
• Make reservations for our group in the MDR - not interested in any specialty restaurant options?

I'm sure there's an RCI expert out there who can walk me through the steps - it was not apparent to me when I looked on the RCI web site.  Thanks in advance for your help!

I think you have to call RCL to switch your dining type (I couldn't find anywhere on the new website where you could do it yourself).  Once you have it switched over you can make your MTD reservations in the Cruise Planner and link in folks from other reservations.

I’m on Rhapsody now. 

Get your TA to swap you to MTD.  Then in your cruiseplanner you can reserve a time every night

The food and service has been of very good quality. 

We also have same table every night. 

The dining room has never been full so assume many are using the WJ. We have not been up there at night yet.

How far in advance do the reservations open up?   We're cruising from Tamp in Feb.

No set time, all you can do is keep checking.

We are on her 2/2/19. I was able to reserve My Time Dining for our cruise. Good luck!

I'm sailing on the Rhapsody out of Tampa on the January 19th cruise. I made all my MTD reservations a month ago.You should have no problems doing it now.
