Internet and Elite minutes??

Firstly you must make sure you log out properly each time otherwise all your minutes will be gone ! ( there are instructions on your welcome letter in your cabin ). I would avoid trying to go online at peak times i.e. Sea days in particular as it can take time to load pages. Usually I find early mornings or afternoons when many are off the ship are the best. Obviously trying to download anything will take time so I usually just stick to checking emails and browsing a little. At the start of each log in you will be able to see how many minutes you have left.

Would recommend download your e-mails and then log off immediately.   Offline answer you email and logon later to upload your answers.   When possible use free internet when onshore or if you have a carrier like T-Mobile you will have unlimited internet at a slower speed over you data connection.

As other's have said make sure you log off properly.   If you don't log off your minutes will have been used up by the next time you log on.

Can elite minutes be used on another device at the same time as an internet package?

In theory, yes, BUT if you used your elite minutes as a discount to buy the package then no. However, if two passengers are Elite, one could buy a package using the discount and the second could use the elite minutes on their account.

Thats not what we usually do, we get a package and log in and out as necessary taking turns. One device at a time, but when a second one logs in, the first one is disconnected.
