Need a Simpson Bay Beach Bar

Cruise leaves tomorrow and I am scrambling to figure out where to go on my day in SXM. Can you all recommend some good beach bars/places to rent chairs from on Simpson Bay Beach? We will likely want to have lunch there so we are open to places that offer free chairs for eating. In your recommendation, can you also include the likely cost of the taxi from the cruise port, and how much chair rentals or the average lunch will cost? Thank you so much in advance!
