Is the dress code the same for a Europe cruise? Or if we go casual will we stick out?

Within reason, there is no dress code on any NCL ship.  When we did a Med cruise on NCL, I wore jeans and a tee shirt to dinner.  No problems.

Yes ... you still need long pants in Le Bistro and men need sleeves in the MDR.  Everyone was cruise-casual on both of our Med cruises.

The dress code is the same. You will find a predominance of poorly dressed American on those cruises.
