lindseylu8 Posted December 27, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 27, 2018 value for money, this was one of the best tours we have ever done. We had such a great tour. This tour is such a great bargain for what was included. I would HIGHLY recommend if you are in St. Lucia. The food was amazing & plentiful, service was top notch. Our guide was "fat man" and he was super knowledgeable & funny. We got to see & do EVERYTHING on the island. Tons of great photo opp stops. Rum punch was so yummy and flowing. Bottled water & soda was included! We learned a lot and had a perfect day. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, all the sights, volcano, mud bath, waterfall, water taxi, snorkeling and entrance fees included
Ashland Posted December 28, 2018 #2 Share Posted December 28, 2018 We did the Cosol tour this past September and it was just amazing but I wouldn't call the speedboat portion to Sugar Beach a water taxi
Ba' Datz Posted December 28, 2018 #3 Share Posted December 28, 2018 Sounds great. How much did it cost?

jsickels Posted January 5, 2019 #6 Share Posted January 5, 2019 This tour looks amazing - but I am concerned with motion sickness. I have read that there are a lot of windy roads and it is easy to get motion sick. Did you experience this? Is the van cool - if it's warm, that will make my son's motion sickness worse. I am thinking if we just take some motion sickness medicine we may be ok.
Dar28 Posted January 7, 2019 #7 Share Posted January 7, 2019 I don’t suffer from motion sickness usually, but as long as I’m up front looking straight ahead then I am okay. The first time we went with our family of five and another couple in the van I sat in the back and I was a bit woozie. But we made lots of stops along the way hitch helped. I suggest taking motion sickness medicine and sit up front near a window. The Drive is beautiful !
lindseylu8 Posted January 7, 2019 Author #8 Share Posted January 7, 2019 I didnt experience any motion sickness. No one on our van had any troubles at all.
Ashland Posted January 8, 2019 #9 Share Posted January 8, 2019 Definitely have your son take some medication...One gentleman on our tour ended up sitting up front with the driver towards the end of our tour. And do let the driver know...Cosol Tours is very accommodating.
o-state girl Posted January 13, 2019 #10 Share Posted January 13, 2019 Another vote for the motion sick medication. I took some and was lucky enough to grab the front seat, so I was okay. Had I been elsewhere in the van...I'm not sure I would have made it without at least one incident.
ddaz Posted January 15, 2019 #11 Share Posted January 15, 2019 Howdy Everyone, The reviews on this tour sound awesome and we are considering it, but have a quick question. Is this a tour with ample amounts of getting out of the tour bus and experiencing the island (sounds like it)? Or is there a lot of driving around in the bus with the guide pointing out, there's a tree, there's a bird, etc (I would suspect not)? Lastly, how many people were in the van? Lindseylu8 --- Love your photos --- If you have more, I would love to see them! Thanks ddaz GBY
Ashland Posted January 16, 2019 #12 Share Posted January 16, 2019 No, they stop everywhere...there were 9 people in our tour bus....again Cosol....an amazing choice...you won't regret.

They let you out for photo opps and roadside stands if you want to buy something/ get samples. The guide pointed out a lot of cool stuff & gave history & facts. It was a great day! Tatka Posted January 25, 2019 #16 Share Posted January 25, 2019 We used Cosol in 2009 and loved it. It was $65 pp then, but $75 is nothing for quality of tour (and food, a drinks 🙂 ) they provide. I am thinking about booking with them again. Do you still using this system when you pay after your trip or do you have to prepay?
