Carnival Dream Loses Lifeboat in the Gulf of Mexico

Carnival Dream lost a life boat while underway it appears it broke  from the davit holders.  Really calls into question the inspections of these safety systems on the ships. Reports are no one hurt and the life boat will not be recovered by the ship..... Free lifeboat for anyone who can claim her.
