Did you post the review in a forum or submit it in the user reviews area? If the later, it may take some time before it appears.

OP: I just scrolled though all the Gem reviews for Nov. 2018, and yours is definitely not there.  I’m not an expert on the review boards, but didn’t you have to join CC to post? Yet here it says you joined yesterday.   You should send an email to the help desk asking if they can find your review and also explain the submission process to be sure you didn’t make any mistakes along the way.

We actually have email registration from 12/14/18.  Good thing we autosaved our review.

 

we actually did have some hiccups on our cruise - after loyally cruising twice a year for the last 5 years with NCL exclusively.  Sadly we even lodged a complaint, which we would normally never do.
