Luggage tags

We are 2 days shy of Emerald status on our next cruise.  When I printed out our luggage tags, they have green background.  Does this mean we will be recognized as Emeral when we board?

RC  no longer prints C&A status on the luggage tags.

Then why the green Color?  Short cut for floor for the staff handling our luggage?

All tags have some colors. It just makes it easier for the staff to see “quadrant”.

Yes the luggage tags are colored coded to destinations(floors, aft,foward) for quick and easy sorting

Much easier for porters to see color than to stop and read each tag. 

And yes your luggage will make it if not printed in color. But think of the person handling you luggage, and how much more difficult you are making thier job
