Cruise Rate booking offers

So I noticed our cruise rate has gone down quite some , about 200.00. I've put in a early saver form  request and both times got denied due to the rate is actually higher. (cabin, location ,etc all the exact same) I know we booked early saver, but the VIFP is showing cheaper. Could that be why i'm not able to get the lower price? In the past its always worked.  Or should I just call? Any help would be great!

Have you double checked to be sure both cabins are in the same category, such as 8B, 4J, etc, and that both accommodate the same number of people?

 

If so, I would phone Carnival.

I think you should be able to get the lower rate. I would call and ask them to assign you PVP.

I do think i need to call, we've never had a PVP, i"m usually the family PVP, lol.  But I know this time,we gotta have something coming to us!

Have you read the fine print of the date that you are trying to match to? Some rates are for new bookings only. In which case you can’t match to them.
