Hi.  If I have fttf I was told I can debark the ship in port any time I wish?

If I doing self assist I think it's called where I dont give carnival my bags I carry off myself.

What is usually the latest time you can get off ship.

And is usually the later you disembark the longer the lines are at customs and such.

Just trying to figure out a time for my ride to pick me up

Thanks

It's really hard to say about the customs lines.  A lot depends on how many agents show up for work that day.  On our last cruise out of Tampa, only one showed up.  The lines stretched back all the way from customs, through the terminal, onto the ship and into the passageways.

If things go smoothly, the lines move real fast, only taking a minute or so for each couple going through.

They definitely want you off the ship by 10-10:30 at the latest.

great thanks but whats the latest I can get off the ship is my question and does customs get worse as time goes or the same

Typically we have a later flight and leave the ship when the last group (~9:30 - 10:00) is called and I've never noticed a backlog at customs, but that doesn't mean it can't happen.
