They did still have walking group and even drug daughter along with me since it's included in our gym membership. I now have over 8k steps for the day and in the recent past I was lucky to hit that before bed. We'll see tomorrow if it helps with the scale. I did 4 sets of 30 second planks last night before the workout (got my mile too, but when we got there everything was being used.
