Aussie 4 Nighter on Solstice.

Just curious about a little 4 night cruise in Australia that sails Sydney to Melbourne and back . Wondering if the Casino will be open for the 2 sea days as I assume we dont hit international waters ? . We have OBC which we usually use in the casino - if not then we would spend in the restaurants , upgrade the bev package onboard etc. Any information gratefully appreciated.
