Linbatfar Posted February 20, 2019 #1 Share Posted February 20, 2019 Will be cruising on the NCL Sky and one of the ports is Nassau. Does anyone know if there is a less expensive way to get a day pass to the Atlantis water park as opposed to getting from cruise site for a family of 5? esm54687 Posted February 20, 2019 #2 Share Posted February 20, 2019 Price out the Comfort Suites Paradise Island..... if you book a room you get 4 all-access passes to Atlantis. Just take a cab from port, check in, get passes, check out, then walk next door to Atlantis. For the 5th person just buy directly from Atlantis or Resort for a Day's Aquaventure pass.

bjtravelnews Posted February 21, 2019 #4 Share Posted February 21, 2019 Check out the link from the hotel website: https://www.atlantisbahamas.com/ You may be able to reserve a pass directly. When we were there on a cruise, there was a small boat that ferried people from the docks to Paradise Island. It was a short walk from the drop off point to Atlantis. The boat wasn't very expensive. At that time it was cheaper than taking a taxi.

Taxi and water taxi are the same price, taxi lets you off closer and will probably be faster.

Thanks for the update. It was a few years ago when we were there, so glad to know regular taxi is the same price now (there was something about the cost of the bridge that made driving more expensive back then). A regular taxi definitely would be faster. We had to walk a fair distance from where the water taxi dropped us off - plus we had to wait for their scheduled departure and return.
