Question about the Regal

On the Royal they had on demand first run movies and TV shows like Ray Donovan etc 2 years ago. Does the Regal have the same deal?.....it was great.

Not sure about first run but it should be the same as the Royal.

The newest movies available will be those that are about to be released to the public on DVDs or have been recently released.

 

The only cruise line that really has some first run movies is Disney which may show some of its new releases while they are still in theaters on land.

If they ever do offer "first run" movies you can be sure that they'll be charging premium prices to watch them.

Strictly speaking, the movies aren’t first run. Those would still be in theaters. They had a lot of the recent Oscar nominated movies and actors. Bohemian Rhapsody, The Favourite, Crazy Rich Asians, etc were on MUTS and available on demand.
