Do you get cruise points for a free inside cabin casino award if you upgrade to a ocenview balcony?

From the Casino. You get points even if you don't upgrade. For the free Pinnacle cruises they only give you points if you upgrade.

I would call Casino Royale and make sure though. Royal has a way of making changes.

I will eventually call them.  I have already booked the cruise and upgraded to the balcony room for a May 19th, 2019 sailing.
