Changing package on Norwegian

Has anyone ever changed one of the packaged they got to a different?  My husband did the alcohol one and the excursion one but the excursion one is pretty much a waste and I was wondering if it's possible to switch it to the dining one instead.

I've no experience of it myself, but it is often reported on here that you can change the promos by phoning.

I just changed my shore excursion to the UBP by calling.  Easy peasy!

Yes. you can change the promotional perk - but only to one that was available at the time of your original reservation (at least that is what my PCC at NCL has told me when I have asked to change it).

I changed my dining to UBP but since I already had my dining reservations made, I bought a dining package, they transferred my reservations to it, then made the switch.  Was very easy via phone.

I was able to switch by calling. I switched from a dining package to an internet package (sounds weird, but I was finishing my bachelors degree around then and didn't know if I would be able to take a break for my vacation, and wanted that safety net).

I’ve switched over the phone, but it was several years ago.
