Wiltonian Posted April 5, 2019 #1 Share Posted April 5, 2019 Received an email as a consequence of a recent Aurora booking; it linked, as usual, to a web-based survey which I duly completed. After the last question, it took me to . . . the Cunard front page. Oops! Stuart
annieuk Posted April 5, 2019 #2 Share Posted April 5, 2019 Yes, I noticed that. The original email stated that it was from P&O and had details of the cruise I have booked, odd, or maybe not, it's happened before!
eddie11 Posted April 5, 2019 #3 Share Posted April 5, 2019 Me too ... are you surprised though?
Britboys Posted April 5, 2019 #4 Share Posted April 5, 2019 This has happened to me at least twice over the last couple of years.
ann141 Posted April 5, 2019 #5 Share Posted April 5, 2019 That happened to me earlier this week. Also I had sent an email (I thought)to P and O asking about the new large outside cabins (after the refit)on Aurora.I realised a short while afterwards that I had sent it to customer services at Cunard in error(pressed the wrong button!)However I received an almost immediate reply from Cunard telling me the answer about Aurora and I got a similar reply from P and O a few days later! 🙂
