cruisekap Posted May 1, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 1, 2019 Hi, I will be cancelling a cruise booked with a non-refundable rate. I realize that I will lose $200 and the balance of the deposit will be refunded as a FCC. My questions is: Can I use the balance towards an existing booking or do I need to use it for a new booking? I guess I could call and ask but I know that the CC community is much faster. Thanks, Kathy
Merion_Mom Posted May 1, 2019 #2 Share Posted May 1, 2019 You can use the FCC for an existing booking.

Rare broberts Posted May 1, 2019 #4 Share Posted May 1, 2019 Each person in the booking will receive an FCC for their exclusive use.

ladysail2 Posted May 1, 2019 #6 Share Posted May 1, 2019 You were wise to ask here Cruisekap. I just went through that the other day. The C&A woman never told me all my options. She insisted that I had to book and deposit two new reservations. Then, in 6-8 weeks when my FCCs arrived by email, I could use them as payment for those cruises. I was reluctant to pay more money, I did reserve two cruises, but told her I wanted a. 24-hour hold so I could clearly understand the FCC policy. I came to these boards and found out the policy. Based on the information I received, I let those cruises go away.....and will use the FCCs on an already existing booking when I receive them. This is community is the best!
