On board credit option disappeared?

I originally saw I got pre pay and get some on board credit. I went a couple days ago to do this and it's no longer there. All I see is laundry options and a medical prevention thing. Before there was several medical packages, different laundry and several on board credit (50, 100, 150, 200 etc...) is this normal? Do they take it off when a certain number of days before sailing? We don't sail till July 1st... thanks!

I've noticed the same as well.  Totally disappeared.  We are also cruising in July but it does state you can customise your cruise up to 3 days prior.

They are gone for me aswell and I dont cruise until April 2020.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon along with the laundry packages and speciality restaurant options. 

It’s as though they only have one person ‘fixing’ the website and I see they have been diverted working on the Martha Stewart options that have appeared for my Meraviglia October cruise.

Gone on our 4 cruises we have booked and it was there last week.  I typed a minute ago that our dining experiences have been gone for months but just looked and we now have them available for purchase.
