soflalaw Posted May 14, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 14, 2019 Is there a casino telephone line and website for Holland America (“HAL”) and the Ocean Players Club (“OPC”), just as RCCL has for its Casino Royale (“CR”) program? Prime status with CR, and have a few RCCL cruises booked through CR. Received a discounted rate for a HAL cruise toward the end of this year based upon prior casino play on the Zuiderdam (sp?). Just looking to see who to contact at HAL or OPC to identify my casino status with them, and to get more information from them vis-a-vis OPC points and benefits. Sunseeker810 Posted May 17, 2019 #2 Share Posted May 17, 2019 I spoke to a HAL rep and was told that there is no casino contact. She said that you can only respond to offers that they send. I said that I wanted a Host and was told that you could only deal with one while on a ship. This all seems very strange to me.
clcjdn Posted May 22, 2019 #3 Share Posted May 22, 2019 HAL rolls under the Ocean Players Club. I would start here maybe: https://oceanplayersclub.com/contact/ I went through them for some information on my next CCL Miracle cruise, it only took a few months to get the information I really wanted, but mine was very specific.....YMMV
Sunseeker810 Posted May 22, 2019 #4 Share Posted May 22, 2019 I saw that, but no number and no one to talk to.
memoak Posted May 22, 2019 #5 Share Posted May 22, 2019 I have always contacted the ocean players club through e-mail and always have gotten a response - sometimes delayed but always get back to me
AV8rix Posted May 28, 2019 #6 Share Posted May 28, 2019 888-OPC-CLUB (672-2582). I really don't like dealing with them, particularly since Michael B is gone. They are pretty unresponsive and IMO OPC is the LEAST transparent (regarding tiering, etc) of the three major cruise corporation gambling subsidiaries. Anyway, good luck. DaveRRT Posted June 3, 2019 #7 Share Posted June 3, 2019 Have a Hal casino discount Alaska cruise this September without casino cash, emailed them to let them know I was coming and if I had any cash coming. Answer was cant wait to see you and $50 waiting at the cage when you get there. Always contact them, the worst they can say is sorry and have a great cruise
