You will need to go through your TA.

Thanks, I figured as much since I couldn't find anything on the Celebrity site. I recall NCL allowed me too but its been a while since we sailed NCL. I'll reach out to our TA...

Whe your booking is with a TA anything having to do with cruise fare, cabin, dining assignment must go thru the TA.  If you want to book an excursion, specialty restaurant, etc you can do that on the website.
