NCL Free Airfare-- Flight Change

Hello! Has anyone had success getting their flight changed AFTER ticketing via NCL Premium Air? We fly from NJ to Honolulu on the day of the cruise and would like to change to a day, preferably two, before. Exhaustive wait times, speaking to supervisors, etc and no one will so much as take a look at alternate flight options or provide info on a change fee. Contacted the airline directly and they said because it's a bulk fare, their hands are tied. Thanks for any info!

All you can do is HUACA.

 

Cheap, bulk tickets are severely restricted in this way.

OP probably doesn't know what HUACA (or sometimes HUCA) is. Hang up and call again.

And HUACA will probably net you the same result after the 10th try as after the first.

 

You most likely have a severely restricted, bulk rate ticket.  The fare rules likely rule out any changes after ticketing.

 

Perhaps reading the fare rules may shed some light -- oops, I forgot that most cruiseline bulk tickets don't give you the opportunity to find out the rules.
