I guess I'm the first around to start in Belle's absence 🙂 I'm so excited for my daughter's graduation and our cruise that my poem won't be much, but here goes: Count your calories Rest when needed Undo the past mistakes Intake lots of water Sweat with your exercise Enjoy a healthy you! I stayed the same this week, not too disappointing with the holiday weekend. I won't be around next week to report, but plan to exercise restraint on the cruise and really savor the splurges when I do indulge. Well I either put on 1.6 lbs if you go by the Thursday weight or just put on 0.6 if today's. Whatever, it wasn't a loss & I did reach my highest weight ever!! I'm going to have to get with the program!! Have a nice weekend.
