liberty64 Posted June 16, 2019 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2019 I am looking at a cruise next year on Oceana and our nearest airport is Newcastle but the price difference is quite alot compared to Manchester. Has anyone flown from Newcastle to Valletta through P&O and if so do you have any details on which airline they use and flight times? Thanks
happy v Posted June 16, 2019 #2 Share Posted June 16, 2019 I haven't been myself, but the airline used is Jet2.

happy v Posted June 16, 2019 #4 Share Posted June 16, 2019 Sorry no, I only looked from Newcastle. It was £50 extra p.p., but I understand it is now £100p.p.

We always try to fly from Newcastle for convenience. When we fly from Manchester we have a 150 mile drive and an overnight stay plus parking for 7-14 days to factor in to the cost. Then the cost of a taxi to the airport in the morning and a taxi back to the hotel after our holiday to pick up our car.
