Hi,

I have been offered cabin 6254 on a forthcoming cruise. This is a partial obstructed cabin.

Can anyone who has stayed in this cabin advise me regarding the balcony and how much the view is obstructed.

Thank you

They must be "pushing" this cabin; I just cancelled a cruise when I found out that 6254 is obstructed; don't know what the degree of obstruction is, but I don't want any.

If you want a straight view down to the ocean... you will likely be disappointed unless you are forward or aft... even on higher decks... the lifeboats will block your view. I noticed this once on deck 9 when I wanted to see the tendering boats....

However, we have been in 6207 and had a bit of an obstruction... but it was such a good deal... we took a chance... I know know for future trips... that I am perfectly willing to have this view if I am saving $..   I would be more upset on Edge with having my forward or aft view blocked by a section that juts out... specifically the area where the MC is located.
