Buying drink package when 5 on reservation...?

Recommended Posts

Hello!

We are a party of 3 adults and 2 young kids. Because we can only have 4 people on 1 reservation, my mother is in a separate reservation but in our cabin.

If I go to purchase a drink package, it only makes me and my husband purchase it - not my mother. Is this a loophole, or will she inevitably be charged for the drink package too since she’s over 21 (obviously-ha!) and in the same cabin as us?

thanks in advance!

I wouldn't call and open that can of worms. Buy the two packages, print out and bring your order and if they try

to charge you on the ship (doubtful) work it out then.

Agree.  Calling has a good chance of them forcing another Deluxe package purchase.

My daughter and son went on and RC cruise several months ago.  Bought alcohol package for her and drink package for son.  Added a 2nd adult last minute and did not have to purchase alcohol package for added adult.  Loophole or not, I don't know.  She was prepared to buy a package but no one said anything so she didn't.
