Dear CC'ers,

 

Many of you know that I was in the process of getting Hal to honor a certificate that my DD and I received while aboard the Christmas Cruise on the Zaandam. Unfortunately, the phone did not work the entire cruise in our room....but after much calling, documenting, and just keep asking for the person in charge.

I received an email that it had been okay'ed for me to use it, so yesterday, I booked the 10day trip on the Volendam for Christmas and NY's for 2006!

I wanted to let you know that the travel consultant from HAL that called me yesterday said that the posting on CRUISE CRITIC, had the pull to get it done.

Thanks to all of you. Now I will try and figure how to get a Christmas countdown clock added with my signature....any help appreciated..
