Adventure Hotel Director Delivers

                When we boarded the Adventure OTS on 5/5/19 my wife complained to our steward that there was a very bad smell in our inside cabin.  Her exact quote was "It smells like old people, ones without bowel control."  While we went up top to watch the Blue Angels they went to work on our cabin, the hotel director offering us a 10% FCC when the job was completed.  I forgot about it until I got an email today with our $148 FCC.  We currently have a cruise paid in full and 6 others pending, so it was no problem to use it by the 6/28/20 expiration date.  Every little bit helps, I was just happy to get a good night's sleep.

Yes they did, do not know what was involved, took a few hours, no smell problems the next 12 days.

Called today to use our FCC and 10 minutes after I started dialing there was an email to me showing how the credits were applied to our TA next May.  Fastest successful call ever to any cruise line.
