Do you mean the Hotel Director on Zuiderdam?   I don't think that you can contact them by email and need to go through Ships Services at HAL in Seattle.

Do you mean the Events Co-ordinator (ie to organize a Meet and Greet).  The Ship Events Co-ordination is Jeff Beck.

On a previous cruise, I had the name of the Ship Services Coordinator for the Eurodam.  I wanted to request a certain dining room table.  I would like to know her counterpart on the Zuiderdam.  Hope that makes sense.  Thanks for your replies!

Got it.  Just call Ship Services (the toll free number I listed) and they can help you with that.  I’ve always just called that number to request and never had a problem.
