Since Celebrity is a sister ship to Royal, can one book Celebrity at Next Cruise? If so do you get the lower discount and all? Thanks

Yes, you would get whatever Celebrity offers when booking on a Celebrity cruise.

We've done this.  We've booked a Celebrity cruise while onboard a Royal cruise...and vice versa.  Most recently this past May while on Celebrity Solstice, we booked Royal Caribbean cruises.  We are always impressed by the amount of knowledge they have of both Celebrity and Royal.
