vache Posted July 29, 2019 #2 Share Posted July 29, 2019 It's been a few years but they did. I'm sure they do now as well.
RWolver672 Posted July 30, 2019 #3 Share Posted July 30, 2019 Most of the machines are multi-denominational. Just make sure you check to see what it's set on before you start playing. Nothing worse than betting max and finding out it was set at 25 cents. Be prepared that the minimum bet on most machines are now 65 cents or higher. Max can be as high as $8.80 on a penny machine. We sailed Liberty last fall and they had nickel and dime machines. We played them a short while before the smoke drove us out of there.

evandbob Posted July 30, 2019 #7 Share Posted July 30, 2019 (edited) The penny machines are reputed to have the worst ROI of all the denominations, use them for amusement only! Many of the machines will pay their jackpots only on the max bet of $8.80. I find it amazing when a penny machine's video starts exploding fireworks and such because the player won all of $20. { now there'll be comments like I hit a jackpot of whoopdedoo on a penny machine, blah blah blah, but as a degenerate gambler myself who's had many W2-G forms to declare, the casino always wins in the long run}. I liked playing the 3 coin quarter and fifty cent machines, they can be hard to find now. Many of these are now 9 "coin" max. Nothing worse than hitting a jackpot and not collecting because max coins weren't played. The OP can leave her rolls of nickels at home, can't use them in the machines.
