Hamburg Boarding

On my cruise docs, the boarding time is 15.10, Will I be able to board at 13.00?

 I'd look at what time the ship gets into port on the itinerary before yours.  If the ship comes in early in the morning and your sailing doesn't depart until late afternoon I'd bet you could show up early without any problems.

The Preziosa is listed to dock at 7.00am so you would be safe to turn up from 11.00 onwards although your stateroom may not ready that early. Ken

... and if it's not, MSC usually provides an area onboard where you can leave your hand-luggage so you can explore the ship and have lunch unencumbered 'til the announcement that the cabins are ready.
