Ovation balcony divider

Anyone had the balcony divider between two cabins opened  on the Ovation Of The Seas ?

Just during cleaning, I suggest you ask your room steward once on board and of course you will need to have permission from your neighbours as well.

Thanks for that. The reason I asked was that I contacted R.C.I and was told that the partitions do not open. I have been on Ovation before but I must admit I did not take any notice of the Partitions at the time. On our next cruise on the Ovation I have my daughter and Grandson in the next cabin and she is keen to share our balconies. Will certainly ask the cabin steward.

I am not sure if they all open but there was a doorway type opening in ours.

First thing I will do when I get in the cabin is have a look at the divider.👍

They do open .

 Some cabins are dedicated adjoining for the others you will have to ask.

 I believe as long as both cabins request it you shouldn’t have a problem .

 If they say no ,ask to see the hotel manager as a lot of crew aren’t trained so well.

There is an issue if more than a few dividers are open, cause issues with fire safety apparently, but two cabins would be fine.

Yes friends and us have been in suites on ovation and we had the balcony door open between us. The doors would be the same on standard balconies as per suites.
