Redeeming a gift card

I redeemed a gift card for obc but I can’t find it applied to my account.  Do I need to wait till I get on board to see it applied?

If it is a Royal Caribbean Visa gift card, it will show up a couple weeks before sailing.  

 

I have called and had them apply it up to 7 weeks before, to use for cruise planner items.

No. It’s a RCCL gift card.  My son received it.

Might be on the amenity invoice.  Contact whoever booked your cruise.
